Folque's has been the developer of Hub 55, the first property development cowork in Lisbon. Currently has it's Lisbon store based on this workspace. Hub 55 is a space designed to promote the sharing of ideas, projects and opportunities, between different professionals involved in property development, whether they are Architects, Engineers, Interior Decorators, Investment Consultants or others.
